We are desperate for people to help us with the website by sending us scores, writing match reports and taking pictures of games. If you are interested in helping with this, then please post here with your name and what you are prepared to do and we will get in contact with you.

A lot of people complain that the website is out of date but up until now not one single article, result or picture has been sent in.

If you want an up to date website we need help, 2 people cannot do this alone. We all need to pull together!!!!!

hi,
I'm in the process of wiritng a review and providing the names of the boys in the under 9's, but could you tell me if we could put photo's of the team, not the matches, just photo's of our boys; or do we need written approval from other parents. I am sure there will be no opposition to it, but would like to know where we stand. i am aware you cannot put photo's of matches as this would involve paretns from other teams.

Melanie,

Unfortunately we would need the written consent from the parent or guardian of every player that appears in the photograph. I know it is over the top and there will be little or no opposition but we have to protect ourselves.

Hello matthew,
Did you receive my re-saved doccuments to place on the web site? If so did I save it correctly there were so many word doccuments to save it to. I should have written consent for photo's by this weekend, shall i give them to Andrew, send them to you or leave them in the club?
once I've obtained the consent I'll be sedning the photo and new review to you this week.

Yes I have recieved those resaved files and they are in the correct format.

I will try to get them uploaded to the site this week.

Hi Matthew,
thank you for your response, there will be another review on the way and hopefully photo's by the end of the week, who do I give the written consents do? Would it be ok to give them to Keith Collins on Thursday?
i'm hoping to have another two reviews done by the end of the week.

Hi matthew,
Sorry to be a nag, but when are the reviews going to be put on the web stie? so I can give the other parents an idea when I see them tomorrow. Providing the game isn't cancelled again. Under 10's game was cancelled last Thursday so there will be no reveiw from that.

I am sorry that they haven't be uploaded yet but I don't personally do them. I have passed them on and will try to get an answer for you from the people who upload the reviews to the website.
